Week No.1
- hold the body in a plank position for 30 seconds
- repeat the process every day
- if you can hold on for longer go for it
Week No.2
- hold the body in plank position
- increase the duration for 30 seconds
- if you can do it longer then you are doing an amazing job
Week No.3
- increase the duration of the plank position by up to 60 seconds
- hold the body from 120 to up to 150 seconds every day.
