Use:  Pour 1 drop of linalool thyme essential oil in 1 teaspoon of honey. Melt in the mouth. 3 times a day maximum, until improvement. 5 days maximum.

Tip: You can also melt this spoon of honey in an infusion of thyme. Be careful, your water must be simmering and not boiling to avoid denaturing the properties of the essential oil.

Precautions: Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 6 years.

  • Thujanol thyme HE: 1 drop
  • Tea tree HE: 1 drop
  • HE of niaouli: 1 drop
  • Laurel HE: 1 drop
  • Vegetable oil of calendula: 2 drops


  1. In a ramekin previously disinfected, pour the essential oils.
  2. Then add the vegetable oil.
  3. Mix.
  4. Massage the throat 3 times a day for 3 days


HEALTHY THROAT MASSAGE OIL

  • HE of eucalyptus radish: 1 drop
  • HE from ravintsara: 1 drop
  • Thujanol thyme HE: 1 drop
  • Vegetable oil of calendula: ½ teaspoon


  1. In a ramekin previously disinfected, pour the essential oils.
  2. Then add the vegetable oil.
  3. Mix.
  4. Apply the equivalent of 3 drops of this mixture on the neck. Renew 3 times a day for 3 days.
