Perfect Oreo Cake
Oreo Cake is the appropriate blend of pretty moist chocolate cake from scratch layered with candy buttercream frosting made with beaten Oreo cookies. Oreo Cake is wet chocolate cake layered with buttercream frosting that’s combined with Oreo cookie crumbs. this is an Oreo version of my go-to easy Chocolate Cake, that's my all-time favorite as it uses espresso to in reality upload a further intensity of taste to the chocolate. I advise saving some Oreos on the side, for redecorating the cake later.
You could use chocolate frosting for this recipe, but i really like how the lighter color of the buttercream looks agains the darkish color of the Oreos. I’ve also made this with a drizzle of chocolate ganache over complete Oreos at the pinnacle of the cake.
