Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats #healthydiet #breakfast

My children love oats as a straightforward breakfast in the first part of the day, however now and then they become weary of a similar old cooked cereal with solidified organic product as a more beneficial garnish.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 Tbsp strawberry jam
- ¼ cup vanilla yogurt (can do coconut-yogurt for dairy-free
- 3–4 large fresh strawberries, sliced
- Add the oats and almond milk to a small mason jar. Stir together and swirl in the strawberry jam. Add half the yogurt and top with half the sliced strawberries. Layer one more time with the yogurt and strawberries.
